Privacy Policy

In short

PATAK has no account and no ads, and it does not track you.
Your projects, prices, recipes and photos are saved only on your own device. We cannot see them.
We collect no personal data through the app.

Who we are

PATAK — Bev Pro OS ("PATAK", "we") is a beverage costing and planning tool made by Jacques Buenviaje. Contact: patak.support@gmail.com.

What the app stores, and where

Everything you enter (projects, ingredients, prices, recipes, menus, batches, stock, team and payroll figures, notes) and any photos or documents you attach are saved in the app's private storage on your device.
Nothing is uploaded to us or to anyone else. The app works without an internet connection.
Deleting the app deletes this data. Use Export Everything first if you want to keep a backup.

Camera and photos

PATAK asks for the camera or photo library only when you choose to add a picture of a drink, station or glassware. The picture is saved on your device inside your project. We never see it.

Files you export or share

Backups, Excel and Word files, printouts and calendar files are created on your device. They go only where you send them, using your device's share sheet: for example Files, email or a messaging app.

Bug reports and feedback

If you tap Report a bug, PATAK opens your own email or share app with a prepared message, and nothing is sent unless you send it. The message contains:

the app version;
the screen you were on;
your device and browser type;
recent error messages from the app.

You can read and edit it before sending. We use what you send only to fix problems and reply to you.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

None. PATAK contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, and no third-party services that collect data about you.

The PATAK website

The website version runs in your web browser and saves your projects in that browser on your device, just like the app.

While the website is in testing, sign-in is handled by Cloudflare Access. It receives your email address to send you a one-time code.

The website is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. This is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Links to other services

If you tap a link that opens another service (for example "Google Calendar" on a batch event), that service's own privacy policy applies.

Children

PATAK is a business tool for the drinks industry and refers to alcoholic drinks. It is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.

Your choices

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You stay in full control of your data on your device: you can edit it, export it, or delete it (by deleting projects or the app) at any time.

Changes to this policy

If PATAK adds features that store data online (for example accounts, cloud backup or sync), we will update this policy and say so in the app before those features are used. The date at the top shows the latest version.
